Heating Technician

In addition to daily maintenance of the property's heating system, our heating technician prepares ELO reports and adjusts the heating system to reduce energy consumption and extend the system's lifespan.

Caretaker Service

Our caretaker handles ongoing maintenance, repairs, and upkeep. They ensure the building "functions" and coordinate various service functions, such as staircase cleaning, waste management, snow removal, etc.

Coordination with External Contractors

When there is a need for external contractors, such as plumbing and electrical work, our caretaker also coordinates with them to ensure that various tasks are completed quickly and efficiently.

Handyman Service

If you have smaller handyman tasks, such as installing blinds, mounting shelves, or similar, we can also send a handyman to you who can complete these tasks on an hourly basis.
